Yes, we do.
We have built new homes in the past, and we’re proud of the work we’ve completed. Building a home from the ground up is a tremendous responsibility, and there is a lot of satisfaction that comes from seeing a project progress from an empty lot to a finished home. That said, renovations are where our passion really lies.

When we walk onto a renovation project, we know there will be surprises. Sometimes those surprises are exciting discoveries about how a home was originally built. Sometimes they’re less exciting. Either way, solving those challenges is a part of the process that we genuinely enjoy. We also have a deep appreciation for older homes.
Many of the neighborhoods we work in are filled with houses that have been standing for decades. Some have served multiple generations of families. Some have been thoughtfully cared for over the years, while others are ready for a fresh chapter. What they all have in common is character.
You can build a new house that looks old, but you can’t truly recreate the history that comes with an existing home. You can’t manufacture the feeling of a house that has been part of a neighborhood for fifty or one hundred years. Those qualities already exist, and we believe they’re worth preserving.
What excites us is helping those homes continue to serve the people who live in them today.
Families use their homes differently than they did decades ago. Kitchens have become gathering spaces. Bathrooms have become retreats. Many homeowners need dedicated workspaces, better storage, or more functional layouts than their homes were originally designed to provide.
A well-executed renovation allows a homeowner to enjoy modern conveniences without sacrificing the character that made them fall in love with the house in the first place. That’s the balance we’re always trying to achieve.
When we renovate a home, our goal is not to create a space that feels obviously new or disconnected from the rest of the house. We want the finished product to feel natural. We want it to look and function as though it was always meant to be there.
Whether we’re opening up a floor plan, adding square footage, remodeling a kitchen, or completely reworking a primary suite, we’re constantly asking ourselves how the new work can complement the existing home rather than compete with it.
That challenge is one of the things we enjoy most about renovations.
So while we absolutely can build new homes, and occasionally do when the project is the right fit, renovations will always be the work that excites us the most. There is something incredibly rewarding about taking a home with history, respecting what makes it special, and helping it meet the needs of the next generation of homeowners. Whether that means updating a tired bathroom into a space that finally works, keeping the moving pieces of a project organized from start to finish, or handling changes as they come up along the way, we’re the team you can always rely on.
