Meet Blair Roedel

When Blair Roedel moved to the Nashville area in 2019, she quickly noticed something missing in residential remodeling: a process that felt just as dependable as the finished work itself. Homeowners were investing in their spaces, but too often the experience felt unclear, inconsistent, or harder than it needed to be. Blair saw an opportunity to do things differently.

With a background in architectural engineering from Kansas State and ten years of experience managing multi-million-dollar mechanical contracting projects, she had spent her career in environments where details mattered, and follow-through was expected. She brought that mindset into a small handyman business, which eventually grew into BEC Innovations in 2020. Today, Blair continues to lead the company’s direction, shape the client experience, and help guide its growth with the same care that inspired it from the start.
