"Big thank you to Blair & everyone at BEC Innovations! We contacted them for some minor floor repairs and they came out very quickly to take a look and assess. They were very attentive and really listened while discussing what was important to us and the level of finishing we desired. The work was done the next day (!) and while repairing the damaged floors they discovered it was because of a leak in the shower. Again, they were quick in letting us know and helping out. We had them repair the shower leak as well, which required opening up a wall to get to the plumbing. We had expected to have to do some touching up and repainting the opened up wall (which we thought was normal) - much to our surprise when we checked it out a few days later everything looked brand new, repainting was done and we couldn't even see where the wall was opened up! Very, very pleased with their customer service, promptness and pricing! We will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services!"
