Your PM will be on-site pretty much every day labor is scheduled—whether it’s demo, framing, tile, or finish work. They check in to ensure quality, answer questions, and handle any decisions or pivots that come up in real time.
You may not see them for hours at a time, but know they’re coordinating logistics, ordering materials, and communicating with subcontractors behind the scenes to keep your project moving.
👋 First Day? We’ll Be There
When a new subcontractor starts, your PM is always on-site to:
- Introduce them to the space
- Walk them through the scope of work
- Answer any immediate questions
- Confirm that the setup, plans, and materials are all in place
This ensures that every trade professional who touches your home is aligned with the plan and expectations from day one.
