Understanding the BEC Innovations Warranty Process

by | Jun 24, 2025

At BEC Innovations, we back our work with a one-year labor warranty—plus the peace of mind that comes with product manufacturer warranties. Here’s how it works:

🛠 One-Year Labor Warranty

Every project comes with a 12-month workmanship warranty starting from the date of completion. This covers:

  • Tile installation
  • Trim work
  • Flooring and cabinetry installs
  • Paint touch-ups
  • Fixture installation

If something goes wrong due to how we installed it, we’ll fix it—simple as that.

🏷 Manufacturer Warranties

Most products (like faucets, tile, and cabinetry) include their own manufacturer warranties that cover defects or finish failure. We’ll help you identify those warranties and provide documentation at project closeout.

💡 Pro Tip: Keep your documentation all together — we do our best to include them in your final documents.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

Our labor warranty doesn’t include:

  • Damage from misuse or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Owner-supplied materials
  • Manufacturer defects

📧 Need to Submit a Request?

Just email us at contact@becinnovations.com with:

  • A short description
  • Photos (if possible)
  • Your project address

We’ll take it from there.

We’ve Got Your Back

Our goal is to make sure you love your renovation for years to come. With BEC Innovations, warranty protection is straightforward and dependable—just like the rest of your experience.

A year before reaching out to us, the homeowners on this project had spent thousands of dollars with an architect on a full renovation and expansion of their home in The Nations, Nashville. The plan never made financial sense for them — this isn’t their forever home, and the equity wasn’t there to support a build at that scale. When they came to us, they were worried we’d come in with another oversized pitch they couldn’t afford.
