Blair explained how our story began at the height of the pandemic, when she launched a small handyman service in response to the needs of homeowners around her. Making the leap meant redefining the company’s identity, restructuring operations, and rethinking how we delivered value.

Remodeling involves longer timelines, deeper planning, and a more refined client experience. Separating the handyman division from the remodeling arm of the company allowed BEC Innovations to sharpen its focus, improve processes, and elevate its brand positioning.
