Our team
Blair Roedel
Blair Roedel is the founder of BEC Innovations and a recognized voice in rethinking what the residential construction experience should feel like. A Kansas State–trained architectural engineer, Blair spent ten years in various roles for a national mechanical contractor, leading multi-million-dollar projects and honing her expertise in budgets, process, and client trust.
After relocating to the Nashville area in 2019, she saw a gap in the industry—not in skill, but in service. What began as a small neighborhood handyman effort became BEC Innovations in 2020, a company built on the belief that craftsmanship and communication should carry equal weight. Today, Blair leads sales, brand strategy, and client experience, and is passionate about raising the standard of how remodelers show up—for their clients, their teams, and the industry as a whole.
Cody Roedel
Cody Roedel is the backbone of BEC Innovations’ craftsmanship. With years of hands-on experience in mechanical trades and construction, he brings practical expertise, problem-solving, and steady execution to every project.
Cody is the trusted resource our team relies on — the one who can troubleshoot, build, or fix nearly anything. He holds a Tennessee General Contractor’s license and ensures that what BEC promises can actually be built.
When it needs to get done right, Cody is the one to call.
Gabe
If you’ve got trim work on your project (of course you do), you’ll probably see Gabe. When not riding horses or developing music, you can find him with the BEC Team.
Paul
Paul is our resident handyman. He is well-rounded, calm, collected, and such a wonderful resource. You’ll likely see Paul on your project through the closeout phase and while setting fixtures.
Rusty Towry
Rusty is the backbone of our operations, handling finances, logistics, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and keep your project on budget.
Lee Patterson
Lee helps clients turn their ideas into a clear, confident plan. Translating vision into clarity, gathering details for an accurate scope, and ensuring a luxury client experience.
Tash Towry
Tash will oversee every aspect of your project from start to finish. They will coordinate with design teams and contractors, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision, budget, and timeline.
