A Kansas State–trained architectural engineer, Blair spent ten years in various roles for a national mechanical contractor, leading multi-million-dollar projects and honing her expertise in budgets, process, and client trust.

After relocating to the Nashville area in 2019, she saw a gap in the industry—not in skill, but in service. What began as a small neighborhood handyman effort became BEC Innovations in 2020, a company built on the belief that craftsmanship and communication should carry equal weight. Today, Blair leads sales, brand strategy, and client experience, and is passionate about raising the standard of how remodelers show up—for their clients, their teams, and the industry as a whole.

Cody Roedel is the backbone of BEC Innovations’ craftsmanship. With years of hands-on experience in mechanical trades and construction, he brings practical expertise, problem-solving, and steady execution to every project.
